Stock market opened with decline, what is the condition of companies?

On one hand, leaders of all the countries of the world have gathered in India for the BRICS conference, on the other hand, initial slowdown was seen in the Indian stock market. At around 9:18 am, the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) Sensex was down by 682 points or 0.91% at 74,220.51, while the Nifty 50 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) also fell by 231 points or 0.98% to 23,246.60. Nifty opened today at 23,270.30 and traded in the range of 23,231.40 to 23,277.30 in early trade.

 

BSE Bankex fell by 1.41% and Nifty Bank fell by 1.27%. Apart from this, Nifty Financial Services Index also recorded a decline of about 1.48%. Nifty Next 50 also declined by 1.40%.

What is the condition of BSE?

After market opening in the morning on September 11, 2026, Tech Mahindra was the top gainer with a gain of 1.83%, followed by HCLTech up 1.27% and Infosys up 1.11%. Bharti Airtel gained 0.53%, ITC gained 0.39% and Adani Ports gained marginally 0.11%. Secondly Bajaj Finance fell 2.60%. Indigo saw a decline of 2.29%, Mahindra & Mahindra by 2.19%, Tata Steel by 1.99% and UltraTech Cement by 1.95%.

What is the price of gold and silver today?

Today, till 9:55 am on September 11, 2026, a decline in the prices of gold and silver has also been recorded. Today 24 carat gold has become cheaper by Rs 780 i.e. 0.510% to Rs 151,990 per 10 grams. Today per 10 grams 24 carat gold is Rs 151,990, 22 carat gold is Rs 139,324, 20 carat gold is Rs 126,658 and
18 carat gold has reached Rs 113,993.

Apart from this, along with gold, a decline in the price of silver was also seen. Silver has fallen by Rs 1,550 or 0.660% to Rs 232,050 per kg. Overall, as soon as the market opened today, a softening trend was seen in the stock market and bullion market and both gold and silver are trading with a slight decline.
