Mathura: A major accident occurred while boring for submersible in village Siara of Shergarh police station area on Thursday. The boring machine got hit by the 11 thousand volt power line passing overhead. Three people including two laborers died on the spot due to electrocution in the machine. After the accident, there was an outcry at the spot and a large number of villagers gathered.
Boring machine hit by high tension line, three killed
Mohan Singh, resident of village Siara, was getting boring done for a submersible. Sultan and Mohan, residents of Gangroli, were working on the boring machine, while Mohan Singh was standing nearby. Meanwhile, the boring machine came in contact with the high tension power line passing above. As soon as the machine came in contact with the line, an electric current ran through it and all three died due to it.
There was mourning in the village after the accident, the family members were in bad condition after crying.
As soon as the villagers got information about the accident, they reached the spot and informed the police. Shergarh police station reached the spot and inspected the spot. The police took all three bodies into their custody and sent them for post-mortem. On receiving information about the accident, the relatives of the deceased also reached the spot. Seeing the dead bodies of their loved ones, the family members started crying badly. There is mourning in the village after the incident. The police is investigating the matter
