Sugar free laddu recipe without sugar and jaggery
First step- Heat 1 tbsp of desi ghee in a pan. Add half cup pumpkin seeds, half cup watermelon seeds, half cup sunflower seeds, half cup chopped almonds, two tbsp sesame seeds and fry them lightly. Take out after roasting all the things. Now put makhana in the pan and roast it till it becomes crispy. Makhana has to be roasted on low medium flame while stirring continuously. Mix all the things and put it in a mixer jar and grind it. Make it like a powder. Now add half cup of seedless dates cut into pieces in it. Add dates and grind for some time.

Step Two: Now, take 2 cups of chana sattu in a pan, add a little less than 1 cup of ghee, and fry it. Since sattu is made from roasted chickpeas, it doesn’t need to be roasted for very long. After roasting, the sattu will become thin. Let it cool and add the prepared dry fruit mixture. Now, add some ground cardamom and prepare all the laddus.

This laddu uses no sugar at all. If you prefer a slightly sweeter laddu, you can add jaggery powder. If jaggery powder is not available, you can also add melted jaggery. This makes the laddu delicious and easy to prepare. Even those on a diet can eat this laddu.
