‘Summer I Turned Pretty’ star teams up with Ariana Greenblatt for new film

The Summer I Turned Pretty star Rain Spencer and Barbie star Ariana Greenblatt have landed the roles in Little Fivean upcoming feature from Anne Hathaway’s Somewhere Pictures and Pigasus Pictures, as per Deadline.

Ian Samuels is on board to direct, with the screenplay written by Gillian Williams and Paul Shoulberg.

No additional casting or production details have been unveiled currently.

Set in the early 1980s at Indiana University, Little Five follows four determined young women who band together to pursue an extraordinary dream inspired by the famed Little 500 bicycle race.

Rain Spencer, 26, is known for playing Taylor in Jenny Han’s series on Prime Video, based on her novel trilogy The Summer I Turned Pretty.
