Inaugurating the Super Specialty OPD in the Civil Hospital, Deputy Chief Minister and Medical and Health Minister Brajesh Pathak said that now OPD for Neurology, Cardiology and Stroke patients has started here from today. He said that under the agreement between Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences and Civil Hospital, patients will be able to get specialist medical facilities in the hospital itself. The government expanded medical services and strengthened the facilities. Brajesh Pathak said that the super specialty OPD model will be implemented in other hospitals also. Services of specialist doctors will be provided by signing agreements between medical colleges and district hospitals.

Health Minister Brajesh Pathak made people aware about swine flu and the health department teams are continuously visiting the areas and monitoring them. Brajesh Pathak said that in case of fever, go to the nearest hospital and get checked by a doctor. At present there is no panic situation regarding swine flu.
