Supreme Court Ram Mandir Socnation Scam: The Ayodhya Ram temple donation theft case has sparked outrage across the country. Now the case has reached the Supreme Court and a CBI inquiry has been demanded. Petition seeking CBI inquiry into embezzlement of funds received by Ram temple Supreme CourtThey have been admitted. Therefore, the Supreme Court has also agreed to hear the matter. The matter will be heard in the Supreme Court on July 13.
So far many people have been arrested in this case and they are in judicial custody. Currently, the SIT is investigating the matter. According to Live Law, Chief Justice Suryakant, Justice Joymala Bagchi and Justice V. Three writ petitions related to these cases will be heard before Mohan’s bench.

Ram temple The first petition in the donation theft case was filed by Narendra Kumar Goswami himself. Goswami has demanded a CBI inquiry into the matter. They have also demanded an audit of the financial affairs of Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust by the Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG). Ayodhya Ram Mandir is managed by Sri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirtha Kshetra Trust.
What other petitions?
A second petition in the Ram temple donation theft case has been filed by Ajay Kumar Rai and Dinesh Kumar Yadav. He also demanded a CBI inquiry into the donation theft case. The third petition was filed by RJD (Rashtriya Janata Dal) MP Sudhakar Singh. In the wake of the alleged scam in the donation of the Ram temple, the RJD leader has demanded a forensic audit of the entire financial records of the temple trust. He has also demanded a CBI probe under the supervision of the Supreme Court.

What is the petition demand?
The PIL has also sought preservation of all financial records related to the case. These include paper documents, digital ledgers, records of UPI transactions and bank statements to avoid any alleged tampering with evidence. The petitioner has also sought an order restraining the trust from making major investments, entering into major contracts or taking important financial decisions without the prior approval of the proposed monitoring committee.
