After the meeting was over, Nationalist Congress Party (Sharadchandra Pawar) MP Supriya Sule went to Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and touched his feet. The video of this entire incident was captured on camera and within no time it went viral on social media.

Despite political differences, the tradition of personal respect and courtesy has been seen from time to time in Indian politics. Meanwhile, speculations about NCP (Sharadchandra Pawar) joining NDA also intensified in some political circles. However, Supriya Sule completely rejected these discussions and clearly said that there is no possibility of her party joining NDA. He termed these claims as mere rumors and said that the party stood firm on its current political stance. It is noteworthy that in the all-party meeting called by the government before the monsoon session of Parliament, leaders of various political parties expressed their views on many important national and parliamentary issues.
