The principal told the whole story

The school principal says on this matter that the mid-day meal comes from an NGO. According to the food menu on Tuesday, soybean-rice was served to the children. Some children had already eaten. After this, the children sitting in the other row were eating food. During this time the children complained about less salt in the food. A box of salt and surf was kept at the same place in the kitchen. After the children complained, the cook accidentally served the food by adding surf instead of salt.
