Desk: Indian startup SynqSol has launched its AI-based decision intelligence platform in India, which analyzes the user’s behavior, way of thinking and his compatibility with others. The company says that this platform can help you in taking any major decision related to career, relationship, studies or life. This platform gives suggestions based on psychometric assessment, psychologist review and AI analysis. However, the company has clarified that this is not a substitute for medical or mental health advice.

SyncSol says that its platform is based on Sync Human Operating System i.e. HOS 1.0. In this, the user has to complete psychometric assessments prepared on behavioral and psychological framework. After this the system prepares reports related to decision making habits, stress, behavior and compatibility with others. According to the company, these reports and suggestions are also reviewed by psychologists. The user can also see the changes in his behavior by giving re-assessment from time to time.




  • This platform has been prepared not only for common users but also for universities, companies and other institutions. The company says it can also be used in the recruitment process, employee engagement, leadership development, team planning and assessing student stress. Apart from this, facilities like compatibility report of two people or group, student and employee well-being tool, self-help material and counseling support through Syncsessions are also provided. The company also said that its assessments have been prepared keeping in mind the social and cultural conditions of India.

    Venkat Rao, founder of Syncsol, said that today people have more information than ever before, but many still face confusion and decision fatigue. He says that the aim of the company is to help people understand themselves better before taking big decisions. This platform of Syncsol is currently available in India on Google Play Store and Apple App Store. The company is also planning to launch its web version in the future and expand its services for institutions. The company also said that it has received recognition from the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade under the Startup India program.
