Pune/Tennis: By PYC Hindu Gymkhana and Shaping Champions Foundations Pune Shreyash Chautmahal, Arush Balasubramaniam, Devansh Chavan, Vedant Aggarwal entered the second round after defeating their respective opponents in the MSLTA-PMDTA Championship Series (under 12 years) tennis tournament organized under the cooperation of AITA, MSLTA, PMDTA.
Top seed Shreyash Chautmahal defeated Vivan Dikkar 6-1, 6-1 in the first round of the main draw at the PYC Hindu Gymkhana and Deccan Gymkhana tennis courts. Tamil Nadu's Arush Balasubramaniam easily defeated Maharashtra's Riyansh Singh 6-0, 6-1. Eighth seed Devansh Chavan reached the second round after defeating Ojas Pawar, who entered the main round from the qualifying round, 5-7, 6-2, 6-1.

Ridit Navale's one-sided victory
Fifth seed Ridit Navale defeated Vian Goyal 6-1, 6-0. Maharashtra's Vedant Agarwal defeated Karnataka's Anup Shirur 6-3, 6-4 to advance. Earlier the tournament was inaugurated by Chakor Gandhi of PYC Hindu Gymkhana. On this occasion PMDTA Secretary Abhishek Tamhane, Hemant Bendre and AITA Supervisor Praveen Zite were present.
