MK Stalin trapped over social media post, Vijay’s minister sent legal notice of Rs 1 crore, new controversy in Tamil Nadu
MK Stalin Social Media Post: Aadhav Arjun, PWD Minister in Vijay Government of Tamil Nadu, former Chief Minister and DMK Chief is creating a stir in the politics of Tamil Nadu state. Now a legal notice has arrived at the house of DMK chief MK Stalin. After the coming of Vijay’s TVK government, controversial statements of MK Stalin are coming to the fore every day.
In such a situation, a statement against the TVK minister has now become a burden on him. This entire matter is related to a social media post of June 8, on which the TVK Minister has now taken action. In his social media post, MK Stalin had claimed that Minister Aadhav Arjun has links with drug smugglers.
MK Stalin made allegations
In fact, he had written in his post that, according to an ED press release, John Brito, the mastermind of drug smuggling worth Rs 258 crore seized in Chennai and Ramanathapuram, is a close relative of Aadhav Arjun. Now a legal notice has been sent to MK Stalin regarding this post.
In this, he has been asked to tender an unconditional apology for calling drug smuggling mastermind John Brito a relative. Not only this, a demand has also been made to pay Rs 1 crore as compensation. Minister Aadhav Arjun has given 48 hours time to MK Stalin to tender a public apology.
Demand to broadcast on social media and TV
Also, in this notice sent to Stalin and DMK’s IT wing, Aadhav Arjun said that the apology will have to be shared on social media. It will also have to be broadcast in Tamil and English newspapers and TV channels. Aadhav Arjun said in the notice that if this was not done then he would take further legal action against him.

Let us tell you that on June 8, MK Stalin, quoting the press release of ED, had claimed to be a close relative of Aadhav Arjun, John Brito, the mastermind of drug smuggling worth Rs 258 crore seized in Chennai and Ramanathapuram. Aadhav Arjun Stalin has rejected these claims. He claims that John Brito is not his close relative. Minister Arjun Adhav claimed that this allegation has been made against him without any investigation and evidence.
