Tata Harrier and Safari Stealth Edition launched in India, matte black look won hearts, know price and features

Tata Black Edition: Tata Motors has launched the new Stealth Edition of its famous SUVs Harrier and Safari for Indian customers. This special edition has been specially designed keeping those people in mind. Those who like black-themed powerful and premium looking cars. Along with this, let us tell you that the starting ex-showroom price of the new Harrier Stealth Edition is Rs 23.43 lakh while the Safari Stealth Edition starts from Rs 24.04 lakh. The company has introduced both models only in top-spec variants.

Matte black exterior became the biggest attraction

Talking about Stealth Edition, its biggest feature is its new matte black paint finish which gives both the SUVs a bolder and more premium look than before. Along with this, 19-inch black alloy wheels and Stealth badge on the front fender differentiate it from the regular model. If you want an SUV that looks different on the road, then this edition can be your choice.

Completely black theme in the cabin too

The company has also given Carbon Noir theme inside the SUV. Which simply means that the entire cabin is finished in all-black finish which matches its exterior perfectly. But the interior layout has been kept the same as the regular Harrier and Safari and there is no separate branding of the Stealth Edition anywhere inside the cabin. Since both the SUVs are based on their respective top variants, there is no dearth of premium features, advanced safety systems, driver assistance technology and high-end comfort features.

Option of both petrol and diesel engines

In Harrier and Safari Stealth Edition, customers will get the option of 1.5-litre turbo petrol and 2.0-litre turbo diesel engine. The petrol engine generates 168 hp power and 280 Nm torque while the diesel engine generates 168 hp and 350 Nm torque. Both engines are available with 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearboxes. Talking about the price, the price of Harrier Stealth Edition ranges between Rs 23.43 lakh to Rs 26.01 lakh (ex-showroom).

Whereas Safari Stealth Edition will be available from Rs 24.04 lakh to Rs 26.76 lakh (ex-showroom). Safari can be purchased in both 6-seater and 7-seater options. The trend of black-themed SUVs is growing rapidly in India.
