Tata Sierra Legend Series: Tata Motors has made its popular Sierra SUV The new Legend Series has been launched in the Indian market. The starting ex-showroom price of this new series is ₹11.99 lakh. Notably, customers will now get more premium features in Sierra starting from lower variants. A total of five trims and 18 variants are offered in the Legend Series. The series will continue to be available alongside the existing Sierra range.
A range of five new variants
The Tata Sierra Legend Series is offered in five major trims namely Smart+ L, Pure L, Pure L(O), Pure+ L and Adventure+ L. The price of this series starts at ₹ 11.99 lakh and goes up to ₹ 19.49 lakh for the top Adventure+ L. Through the new variants, the company has emphasized on providing more features in different budgets.
The Smart+ L gets features like leatherette seats and interior, auto-folding ORVMs, steering-mounted controls and roof rails. The Pure L adds features like a 10.25-inch touchscreen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, rear camera, 8-speaker audio system, cruise control and TPMS.

From sunroof to ventilated seats
The Pure L(O) variant gets a panoramic sunroof, automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers. The next Pure+ L further enhances the premium experience. This variant gets features like ventilated front seats, 6-way powered driver's seat, thigh support extender, dual-zone climate control and Boss Mode.
Due to this, the company has focused on providing more comfort to the passengers sitting in the back seat. Some variants in the Legend Series are priced around Rs 50 to 70 thousand more than their respective standard variants.

Lots of hi-tech features in the top Adventure+ L
The Adventure+ L is the top trim in the Legend Series. It gets features like 360-degree HD camera, front parking sensors, terrain modes, frequency-dependent dampers, dual large screens, rear seat recline function, ambient lighting, cooled glovebox and wireless charging.
No major changes have been made in terms of engine. The Sierra is available with petrol, diesel and turbo-petrol 1.5-litre engine options. Depending on the variant, manual, automatic and DCT gearbox options are available. Hence, the new Legend Series further expands the range of Sierra with more features and a premium cabin experience.
