In the hit and run case of Rurugram, Haryana, the police has arrested the accused Kalyan Bainsla from Dausa, Rajasthan. According to the police, after the arrest, the accused tried to get away from the police by saying that he wanted to go to the toilet and started running away from there. During this time he fell and got hurt. Later he was taken to the hospital and treated.
This case is related to a car hitting a female biker on Golf Course Road in Gurugram. After examining the CCTV footage, the police have also added the section of attempt to murder against the accused. Police say that investigation has indicated that the accused deliberately hit the woman with the car.

Three teams searched all night and caught him
According to the police, 33-year-old Kalyan Bainsla is a resident of Chandhat in Palwal district of Haryana. After the incident, he switched off his mobile phone and ran away. The police had formed three special teams to arrest him. Police teams kept searching for the accused throughout the night. After this, on September 15, he was arrested from the area between Dausa and Rajgarh in Rajasthan. Police have also recovered the car used in the incident. This car is said to be registered in the name of a friend of the accused.
Accused of making indecent remarks to a woman
According to the police, the accused had abused and made indecent remarks to the female bike rider before the incident. Gurugram DCP East Sandeep Kumar said that the victim has also alleged this in her statement. On the basis of complete investigation of CCTV footage and the statement of the victim, the police have added section 109 of BNS in the case. This section deals with attempt to murder. Police say the footage helped investigate the circumstances of the incident.

Sections related to stalking and women's dignity were also imposed.
After recording the statement of the victim during the investigation, the police also added section 78 of BNS, which deals with stalking. Apart from this, Section 79 related to words, gestures or actions insulting the dignity of a woman has also been included in the case. According to the police, the accused had also given interviews to the media after the incident. After this he switched off his mobile phone and ran away to avoid arrest. Police said that another person present with the accused is also being detained and interrogated.
