Pawan Kheda said, there is a difference of about 16% in the literacy rate of men and women. A conspiracy was hatched to keep women away from schools and colleges. About 1,210 FIRs of atrocities against women are registered every day, but these are only those cases in which complaints are registered. There are many times more women than this, who are unable to even raise their voice against the atrocities committed against them due to fear, pressure and social restrictions.
