Mantra of Yoga echoed in Tyagaraja Stadium: The beginning of ‘Bharat Yoga Yatra’ filled the seekers with enthusiasm

New Delhi. A grand three-day unique confluence of spirituality and health ‘Bharat Yoga Yatra’ has been organized from May 1 to May 3 at the Thyagaraj Sports Stadium located in the capital Delhi. Here, under the guidance and guidance of Padma Bhushan Swami Niranjananand Saraswati, the spiritual head of Bihar School of Yoga in Munger district, thousands of yoga practitioners took part in ‘Yoga-Snan’ and also experienced it through collective practice. Under his guidance all the seekers are understanding every small aspect of yoga, chanting and depths of meditation.

The main objective of this program is to re-establish mental peace and physical balance in the busy lives of people. The participants present there told that the yoga practice done in the morning session has become for them not only exercise but also a medium for purification of thoughts and soul. Senior citizens, youth and people from every section of the society are actively participating in this camp.

Apart from this, keeping in mind the convenience of the seekers, proper seating arrangements have been made for wheelchair accessibility and senior citizens. This program organized in Delhi is carrying forward the tradition of Yoga and is also giving the message of Yoga and Indian spirituality to the entire world.
