New Delhi: Congress leader Rahul Gandhi And Priyanka Gandhi has staged a sit-in near Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s residence. Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan He has demanded his resignation. Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge has also joined the movement. Earlier, Congress leaders took out a march from Mallikarjuna Kharge’s residence to the Prime Minister’s residence. Rahul Gandhi wrote on social media, “We have marched to Prime Minister Modi’s residence to demand answers about the atrocities on young students yesterday. The government neither wants to take responsibility nor discuss it in Parliament. Prime Minister and Home Minister should resign for ruining the future of India’s youth.”

Earlier, while talking to the media, Rahul Gandhi said that the students of the country are saying that they have no future. But the ministers of this government are saying that they will not lose their posts. Rahul said that there is no justice in a country where students lose their future and ministers do not. Rahul Gandhi said that the government does not want to take responsibility. While Prime Minister Modi should have raised this issue in both Houses, the government is not taking responsibility.

A few big corporations took over the education system

Rahul Gandhi said that students feel that the education system has been completely controlled by a few big industrialists and a single institution. He emphasized that the issue is related to the future of the youth and is not limited to education. Students across the country are saying they have no future in the country. This is a valid concern and the government should address it head on.

Congress leaders arrested

During the agitation, several Congress leaders including Kharge and Rahul Gandhi have been arrested. Meanwhile, the police are talking to Rahul Gandhi. Several Congress leaders including Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa and Charanjit Singh Channi have been detained. Police are now negotiating with Rahul Gandhi to end the agitation. Police have parked two buses near the protest site. The police are now believed to be preparing to detain all the Congress members.
