used 25 seconds of my song
Sargam Vaish told that he has been working on this project for about three years. According to him, a portion of his song between 1 minute 8 seconds to 1 minute 33 seconds has been used in the trailer of ‘One’. He also played his version of the song in the video and claimed that it matched the part used in the trailer.
Master file and sound also used
Sargam alleged that the makers have used the master file, music and voice of his song in the same way. He said that he has signed a deal with a big music label. Sargam appealed to the makers to remove his song from the trailer and the film. He warned that if his demand was not heeded, his legal team would look into the matter further.
