4 mainboard and 16 SME companies are coming with IPO, there will be special action in the market for investors
Tezzbuzz Desk– There will be tremendous movement in the Indian primary market this week. A total of 20 companies are going to enter the market with their IPO in the week starting from 28th September. Through these issues, the companies plan to raise a total of Rs 1,292 crore from the stock market. Of these, 4 mainboard IPOs will raise around Rs 595 crore, while 16 SME companies are preparing to raise around Rs 697 crore from the market.
Major mainboard IPOs to watch out for this week include SRIT India, Vishal Nirmiti, Nityas Gems & Jewellery, and Shah Investors Home. The issues of these four companies will offer investors the option of investing in different sectors.
SRIT India's IPO will be the biggest among the mainboard issues coming this week. The company plans to raise Rs 218 crore by issuing 1.68 crore shares under the new issue. The IPO will open on September 28 and close on September 30.
The company has fixed the price band of Rs 123 to Rs 130 per share for this. Investors will be able to bid for a minimum of 115 shares. According to the upper price band, the retail investor will have to invest a minimum of Rs 14,950.
SRIT India is a Bengaluru-based IT and IT-enabled services company. The company provides services like digital solutions, custom application development and system integration. Its business is in areas like healthcare, e-governance, telecommunication and broadband. The company has completed more than 103 projects in the last decade, with a total order value of around Rs 1,235 crore.
Vishal Nirmanti IPO
Vishal Nirmiti's IPO will open on September 30 and bidding can be done till October 5. The company is preparing to raise a total of Rs 178 crore through this issue. This includes a new issue of Rs 145 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 33 crore.
The price band of the IPO has been kept at Rs 208 to Rs 220 per share, while the lot size is 68 shares. As per the upper price band, the minimum application amount for a retail investor will be Rs 14,960. It is proposed to list the company's shares on BSE and NSE and the probable listing date is said to be October 8.
Vishal Nirmithi operates in the civil engineering, manufacturing and construction sectors. The company manufactures pre-stressed concrete sleepers and pre-cast and pre-stressed concrete products for railways. Apart from this, MS also produces pipes, liners and penstock pipes for pump storage projects. The company also provides EPC services for railway infrastructure, irrigation and civil engineering projects.
Nityas Gems and Jewelery IPO
The IPO of Nityas Gems and Jewelery will also open on September 30 and close on October 5. The company wants to raise Rs 108 crore by issuing new shares.
The price band of Rs 70 to 75 per share has been fixed for this IPO. The lot size is 200 shares. Based on the upper price band, a retail investor will have to invest a minimum of Rs 15,000. It is proposed to list the company's shares on BSE and NSE and the possible listing may take place on October 8.
Shah Investors Home IPO
The IPO of Shah Investors Home will open on September 28 and close on September 30. The company is planning to raise Rs 90.17 crore through this issue. This is an issue of entirely 53.99 lakh new shares.
The price band of IPO has been kept at Rs 159 to Rs 167 per share. Investors can apply for a minimum of 85 shares. The minimum retail application amount at the upper price band will be Rs 14,195.
Shah Investors Home is a retail broking company and has been active in the securities market for more than three decades. The company offers services like equity and derivatives brokerage, IPO service, mutual fund distribution, margin funding and stock lending and borrowing. As of March 31, 2026, the company had serviced more than 1 lakh demat accounts and had more than 38,000 active clients.
16 IPOs will also come in SME segment
Apart from the mainboard IPO, a lot of activity will be seen in the SME segment this week. A total of 16 SME companies are going to enter the market with IPO. These include Acme India Industries, Paramount Syntex, Dove Soft, EverestIMS Technologies, Black Opal Consultants, Vance Electroengineering, Shree TNB Polymers, Pind Hospitality, Shivchem Agro, Acme Universal Safezone 9, TNA Solutions, SJP Ultrasonics, Eventtions, Solfage Smart Electronics, Omara Ventures India and Papadmalji Agro. Foods are included.
There is a plan to raise about Rs 697.20 crore through these 16 SME IPOs. If seen this way, there will be intense activity in both parts of the primary market this week. While four big issues on the mainboard will attract investors' attention, the presence of 16 companies in the SME segment will make the market more busy. Many new issues will emerge this week for people investing in IPO, in which it will be important to understand aspects like financial position, valuation and risk of the company before applying.
