Materials:

  • Ragi flour
  • Semolina of Idli
  • Udid dal
  • Fenugreek seeds
  • salt
  • Oil

Recipe : Leave the boring food, make healthy and delicious ‘Korean Pancake’ at home

Action:

  • To make ragi idlis, first of all, soak udi dal and fenugreek seeds together in water in a bowl. Then keep the semolina of idli in another bowl to soak in water.
  • Grind all the soaked ingredients in a mixer and make a paste. Add ragi flour and salt to taste to the prepared mixture and leave the dough to ferment overnight.
  • Oil an idli pan and add the prepared ragi flour mixture to it and keep the idli to steam.
  • Keep the idlis for 15 to 20 minutes to steam. After that take out the idlis by running cold water lightly on the cooked idlis.
