The incident started when a girl was going on a bike with her brother. It is alleged that some youth not only made indecent comments at him but also hit his bike from behind. When the brother raised his voice and protested in respect of his sister, the youth started misbehaving and beating him. Seeing this, the people present there got angry and surrounded the accused in the middle of the road.
