Trump wants to decorate ‘Boeing 747-8’ received from Qatar in Miami, but there are big obstacles in this project of Air Force One.

America’s President Donald Trump is once again in the headlines for his ambitious plans. Recently he has started his official trips on the state-of-the-art Boeing 747-8 aircraft gifted to America by Qatar. After necessary changes and rigorous testing, this huge aircraft has been included in the US President’s ‘Air Force One’ fleet. But, Trump’s plan is not limited to just traveling in this plane; He wants to make it a part of his special dream project. Plan to display the plane in Miami’s Presidential Library According to a recent report by the famous American newspaper Wall Street Journal (WSJ), President Trump’s heartfelt desire is that this Boeing plane received from Qatar should be displayed in his upcoming ‘Presidential Library’ to be built in Miami after retirement. Trump wants this plane to be kept in Miami as a wonderful symbol of his legacy, which people can see up close. Political and military challenges stand in the way. However, as grand as Trump’s dream is, it is equally complicated to turn it into reality. The Wall Street Journal reports that it is not easy to shift a giant Boeing plane to a civilian or library area in Miami and display it permanently. Many serious political, military and logistical challenges stand in the way of this plan. At present, this aircraft is serving as America’s temporary ‘Air Force One’ and due to security reasons, the army cannot hand it over to any public exhibition so easily. Why is the new Boeing project getting delayed? This whole matter has become complicated because there is a huge delay in the project of new aircraft being prepared for the American President. Donald Trump had started the exercise to replace the old Air Force One fleet in 2017, during his first term. For this, he had ordered two new next generation presidential aircraft from Boeing. New aircraft will be available only by the end of the tenure. Contrary to the initial plan, this ultra-safe project of Boeing has been significantly delayed. Now both these new aircraft are expected to be handed over to the US Air Force by mid-2028. Due to technical and logistics problems, Trump is forced to use the same Boeing 747-8 received from Qatar as a temporary Air Force One. The irony is that by the time the new planes are fully built in 2028, President Trump’s current term will be in its final stages.
