The company had also updated this bike in April 2026, but now within a few months another change has been made in it. This time many new features have been included to make the motorcycle safer. Now the price of TVS Raider 125 has become this much
After the new update, the ex-showroom price of TVS Raider 125 has become around Rs 1.04 lakh. Its price has been increased by about Rs 4,000 compared to earlier. This time the company has included new features especially in the expensive versions of the motorcycle.
Changes in these versions
The TFT, DD, SXC DD and SSE variants of the TVS Raider 125 have received new updates. However, at present the information about these changes is not available on the company’s official website, but the new motorcycles have started reaching the showrooms.
The biggest change in this update is dual-channel ABS. This helps in maintaining better control while applying brakes on both front and rear wheels. This reduces the risk of the wheels jamming in case of sudden braking.
Traction control and wide rear tire
Traction control system with switching facility is also provided in the new TVS Raider 125. The driver can turn it on or off as per his need. Features like ABS and traction control will help in handling the motorcycle on slippery roads.
The company has also made changes in its rear tyre. Now it has been given a wider tire of 120 section instead of the earlier 110 section tyre. Along with this, the small petal disc brake found at the rear has been replaced with a bigger disc brake.
These features will be available including USB Type-C charging facility
Talking about the features, USB Type-C charging port is also included in the new Raider 125. With its help, drivers will be able to charge their mobile phones or other devices during the journey.
Additionally, depending on the variant, it gets a TFT instrument screen that supports multiple connected features and navigation. The motorcycle is also provided with LED headlight, LED DRL, LED taillight and premium switches.
No changes in engine and gearbox
Despite the new update, there has been no change in the engine of TVS Raider 125. It has the same engine as before, which produces about 11 bhp power and 11 Newton meter torque. A five-speed gearbox is provided with this engine.
Apart from this, the motorcycle has riding mode, two-part seat option, telescopic fork at front and mono shock suspension at the rear as before. Overall, in the new update the company has focused on improving the safety, braking system and features of the motorcycle instead of the engine.
