At this year’s awards, Palm City was named Best Luxury Urban Lifestyle Development Vietnam 2026, while Palm River received the Best Innovative Integrated Residence Vietnam 2026 award.
The awards recognize real estate projects for achievements in planning, sustainability, innovation, and community development.

Nguyen Si Toan, managing director of the High-rise Real Estate Business Division at Huong Viet Properties, said the awards reflect the company’s long-term approach to developing integrated urban communities.
“We believe the value of a real estate development extends beyond its scale or architectural design. It lies in creating a high-quality living environment where residents can connect with nature, enjoy comprehensive amenities, and benefit from sustainable value over the long term,” he said.
According to the judging panel, Palm City was recognized for its “urban retreat in the city” concept, which combines urban infrastructure with natural surroundings.
The 30.6-hectare township includes residential neighborhoods, commercial and office space, international schools, an international hospital, and approximately three kilometers of riverside parkland, creating a mixed-use urban community.
Located along the frontage road of the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway, the project provides access to the Thu Thiem International Financial Center, downtown Ho Chi Minh City, Long Thanh International Airport, and planned infrastructure including the Thu Thiem-Long Thanh Metro Line, An Phu Interchange, and Cat Lai Bridge.
The judging panel also noted the project’s integration of riverside landscapes, green spaces, and environmental design.
Palm City includes more than 100 amenities, including schools, healthcare facilities, retail space, sports facilities, and public parks. According to the organizers, its live-work-learn-play model contributed to the project’s recognition.

Palm River, the latest residential precinct within Palm City, received the Best Innovative Integrated Residence Vietnam 2026 award for its integrated residential concept and wellness-focused design.
Located on a dual-riverfront site within the township, the project combines access to Palm City‘s existing infrastructure with a nature-oriented living environment.
The judging panel cited the project’s biophilic design approach and wabi-sabi-inspired interiors, which aim to strengthen residents’ connection with nature.
Palm River has more than 40 amenities, including a Sky Onsen, cold plunge pool, 70-meter lap pool, infinity pool, spa, Sky Yoga Deck, Sky Gym & Pilates studio, golf simulator, clubhouse, and riverside relaxation areas.
The project is also pursuing EDGE certification, targeting at least 20% reductions in energy, water, and embodied material consumption through measures including energy-efficient glazing, insulated roofing, LED lighting, water-saving fixtures, and construction materials intended to reduce environmental impact.
Additional sustainability features include a two-stage water filtration system with UV purification, E1-certified low-emission materials, and designs that maximize natural ventilation and daylight.
According to the judging panel, the combination of sustainable design, technology, and wellness amenities contributed to Palm River receiving the award.
