Aryaveer's storm

Former Indian opening batsman Virender Sehwag was known for his fearless style. Aryaveer is the elder son of Virender Sehwag. A glimpse of his father is clearly visible in Aryaveer's playing style. Aryaveer gave a solid start to the Indian team chasing the target of 129 runs.

Aryaveer's innings gained momentum within some time and he played many spectacular shots. Aryaveer scored a half-century in just 34 balls. When Aryaveer was playing on 45 runs, he did not show composure. He played the ball down the wicket and the ball went across the boundary line for six runs. Aryaveer scored a total of 70 runs in his innings, which included 4 excellent sixes.

Put 4 maidens in the first spell.

Ishan Sood was standing as a puzzle in front of the Nepali team who came to bat first after losing the toss. In the very first spell of Ishan Sood, the Nepalese batsmen got so entangled that they could not recover. Ishan Sood's first spell was of 6 overs. In this he bowled 4 overs of maidens. He got Prasidh Jaishi caught out on the fourth ball of the third over of the innings.

Before the opposition team could recover from this shock, Suryanshu Koirala, who came to play at number three, was sent to the pavilion on the third ball of the fifth over. Ishaan got his third success in the form of Nischal Chhetri on the third ball of the eighth over.

Ishaan was supported by fellow bowler Arjun Rajput. Arjun took 3 wickets for 8 runs in 5.3 overs. Spin bowler Yashveer Gaur completed the task by sending two players to the pavilion. The entire Nepalese team was seen struggling in front of the Indian bowlers.
