Unicommerce reported a 3% rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹3.4 Cr in Q4 FY26 from ₹3.3 Cr in the year-ago quarter
The company’s operating revenue grew 14.2% YoY jump in its consolidated net operating revenue to ₹51.6 Cr for the quarter ended in March 2026 (FY26)
With other income of ₹1.2 Cr in the quarter under review, the total revenue for the quarter stood at ₹52.8 Cr. Sequentially, the operating revenue declined 8.3% from ₹56.3 Cr
Ecommerce-focused SaaS company Unicommerce reported a 3% rise in its consolidated net profit to ₹3.4 Cr in Q4 FY26 from ₹3.3 Cr in the year-ago quarter. On a sequential basis, net profit more than halved from ₹7.4 Cr.
The company’s operating revenue grew 14.2% to ₹51.6 Cr during the quarter under review from ₹45.3 Cr in the same quarter last year. Sequentially, operating revenue declined 8.3% from ₹56.3 Cr.
Including other income of ₹1.2 Cr, total income for the quarter stood at ₹52.8 Cr.
Meanwhile, total expenses stood at ₹46.9 Cr, up 13% from ₹41.5 Cr in Q4 FY25.
