He said that Akash Anand should come and take a big responsibility. Nishad does not join the party, take a big post and come with big thinking. We have an army, that trained army of Kanshi Ram and an army of every caste and connect the youth through it. Take as big a position as you want. Then when the time comes, he can also be made the national president. He said that he will work, work should be given as per capacity. Every person should get opportunities. Someone has created us too, right? We have become a little like this. Will he invite the youth leaders of CJP also but said that everyone is welcome, whoever wants to come should work in a constitutional manner.

Questions raised on Mayawati's decision
The Nishad Party chief also took a dig at Mayawati calling Akash Anand 'immature'. He said that when a youth is not given a chance to work, how will he mature? Questioning the decision making process in BSP, he said that the party is continuously losing its support base because the hard work of the workers and youth leaders is being ignored.

This turning point, which came before the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, is being considered very important. On one hand, Mayawati is hinting at bringing her second nephew Ishaan Anand forward in the organization, while on the other hand, leaders of opposition and allied parties are targeting Akash Anand. After this open offer of Sanjay Nishad, new speculations have started in UP politics whether Akash Anand will remain an ordinary worker in BSP or will choose a new political path.
Let us tell you that Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) supremo Mayawati has decided to keep Akash Anand away from any major responsibility of the party, saying that he is more politically mature. Citing the principles of Honorable Kanshi Ram, he made it clear that just as he had allowed his family only for party work, he was against contesting elections or giving posts.
Following the same resolution, Akash Anand has also been allowed to work only in the party. Mayawati believes that Akash Anand still needs more maturity so that the party can be saved from possible electoral loss due to the use of tactics like Sama, Daam, Dand, Bheed by the opposition parties.
