UP News: At the Uttar Pradesh International Trade Show 2026 on Sunday, amidst the platform of business and global opportunities, the young generation was seen connected to its cultural roots. At some places, dance and group singing performances took place and at some places, colors of culture appeared on the canvas. The students gave a new look to traditional arts and crafts with their own hands.
More than 300 students from more than 28 schools participated in three genres in the Art and Culture Competition. The competition was organized by Jaypee Public School, Greater Noida in collaboration with co-nodal school Grads International School, Greater Noida.
Colors of culture visible in tune and rhythm
Toshita of Aster Public School, Greater Noida stood first in Performing Arts in class 6-8 category. Arshiya Mahajan of Shriram Millennium School, Noida stood second and the group song team of Grads International School stood third.
Yuvika and Charvi of Bethany Convent School stood first in class 9-12 category. Sanskriti Pathak of Bethany Convent School and Arpita of Grads International School stood second, while Sanchi of Jaypee Public School stood third.

In the Class 6-8 category of Visual Arts Competition, Varnika Tyagi of Sparsh International School stood first, Anshi Maurya of Greater Noida World School stood second and Krutika Singh of Jaypee Public School stood third.
Anshika Sharma of Sparsh International School secured first position in class 9-12 category. Tanya Chauhan of Grads International School stood second and Charvi Baghel of Ryan International School stood third.
Hands gave shape to tradition
In the class 6-8 category of ‘Haathon ki Virasat’ art and craft competition, Saanvi Singh of Sparsh International School stood first, Lovish Bhati of Greater Noida World School stood second and Shraddha of Jaypee Public School stood third.
Navdeep Tomar and Anika of Jaypee Public School stood first in class 9-12 category. Sarthak of Greater Noida World School stood second and Saanvi Singh of Sparsh International School stood third.
Talents got evaluation from experts
The program was organized under the guidance of Meeta Bhandula, Principal of Jaypee Public School and Aditi Basu, Principal of Grads International School. The responsibility of coordination of the competition was taken over by Ritu Bhatnagar, Headmistress of Jaypee Public School and Sushila of Grads International School.
PT in the jury D.U. Dr. Binita, Principal of Model Inter College, Dr. Rajni Pilani, Principal of Government High School, R.P., art expert of Kendriya Vidyalaya Delhi. Paul and Gitanjali of DJIC Hoshiarpur, who appreciated the students’ originality, creativity, presentation and understanding of cultural heritage.
