Preparations for the much awaited 'UP International Trade Show 2026' (UPITS) going to be held in Uttar Pradesh are now in their final stages. This time, leading companies and business delegations from 6 countries around the world are coming to participate in this grand event. The main objective of this mega trade show, which runs for 5 days, is to connect the local companies and businessmen of Uttar Pradesh with the global i.e. foreign markets and to open new avenues of trade and investment in the state.
This year UPITS 2026 is being organized from 25th September to 29th September at the famous India Expo Center and Mart in Greater Noida. Vietnam, Japan, Singapore, Russia, Austria and Belarus are going to register their strong presence as partner countries in this global event.
Renowned companies from 6 countries will showcase their amazing products and technology.
In this trade show, special pavilions have been made for different countries, where foreign companies will give information about their modern products, new technology and future investment opportunities. Apart from this, B2B (Business to Business) meetings, country-specific special sessions and one-on-one meetings of foreign delegations with local businessmen of UP will be organized here.
According to the information, an area of 54-54 square meters has been allotted to Vietnam and Japan, while an area of 36-36 square meters has been allotted for Singapore and Russia and 54 square meters for Austria. About 36 leading exhibitors and 100 big buyers from these 5 major countries are coming to be a part of this event. Apart from this, Belarus will also participate as a partner country and senior representatives from there will participate in B2B activities. On the inauguration i.e. on September 25, the foreign delegation will also have a special meeting with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, which will be attended by ambassadors, high commissioners, trade commissioners and senior business officials from different countries.
Special focus will be on EV, Pharma, Tourism and Industrial sectors
In this international trade show, companies from different countries are coming with products of their specific sectors. Vietnamese companies will make their presence felt in sectors like aviation, tourism, agriculture, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, food, textile, garments, handicrafts and electric vehicle (EV).
The Japan Pavilion will include renowned companies from the technology and industrial sector such as Wacom India, Air and Water India, ITO EN, Sushi and More, Kito India and Taiyo India. The business of these companies is in sectors like electronic devices, industrial gases, food products, lifting equipment and machinery. Apart from this, Japan's famous organization JETRO (Japan External Trade Organization) will provide information to investors about policies related to business promotion. Singapore companies will present video surveillance and education products, while Russia will be seen with sectors like petrochemicals, diagnostic kits and oxygen solutions. Austrian companies will showcase their modern technology through forklifts, smart transport and lighting products.
UP's exports will get a boost from B2B meetings and foreign buyers
The B2B meetings organized during UPITS will provide a golden opportunity to the businessmen of Uttar Pradesh to communicate directly with foreign companies. There will be a special session on 'Innovation Technology and Tourism' from Vietnam side, while Austria will explain ways to increase global business by using India's free trade agreements. These meetings will open new avenues for new partnerships, huge investments and exports in the state.
Trade show doors will be open for general public also
Common people can also participate enthusiastically in this global trade show to be organized at India Expo Center and Mart, Greater Noida. However, to enter this, viewers will have to register online first. General visitors can come and be a part of this trade show from 25th to 29th September from 03:00 pm to 08:00 pm.
