This will help the farmers to use water as per the need of the crop and understand the techniques of better production with less water.
7,200 farmers will join 72 training sessions
In the project, instead of just providing facilities to the farmers, emphasis has also been laid on giving them practical training in modern technologies. According to this 72 practical training sessions will be held and in each session around 100 farmers Will take part. Thus, in total approximately 7,200 farmer-participation There is provision for.
In the training, farmers will be given information about water budgeting, fertigation, crop planning, irrigation operations and use of agricultural machinery. With this, farmers will be able to decide crop area based on available water and make better irrigation plans.
