Venezuela earthquake: Venezuela is witnessing a devastating earthquake, nature’s worst disaster. Two powerful earthquakes of 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude occurred in the country, causing huge devastation. A damaged building is seen in the Los Palos Grandes area of Caracas. Many buildings have collapsed here, but the exact number of dead and injured has not been confirmed yet. A large part of the city appears to be completely reduced to debris. Where once there were buildings touching the sky, there are now only heaps of stones and dust.
When the earthquake struck, a large number of people were present inside Caracas International Airport. There was chaos here due to the tremors. During this time some part of the airport roof collapsed.
In densely populated areas, fire can also occur due to damage to the gas pipeline and electricity system. At the same time, there is difficulty in extinguishing the fire if the water pipeline breaks.
