Ghaziabad. This poor condition of roads and waterlogging after the first monsoon rains in UP has exposed the claims of the government. According to data and local reports, not only Lucknow but entire Uttar Pradesh is seeing smart cities and better infrastructure submerged in the first monsoon rains. The BJP government makes tall claims about smart cities, world-class development and better infrastructure, but the reality is that after the rains, roads become death traps. After all, who is responsible for this death? For how long will the general public continue to pay the price of government negligence with their lives?
Due to filling of water on the main roads, they become ponds, which causes a lot of trouble to the people. The first heavy rain of monsoon causes waterlogging in many areas and increases the risk of accidents.
