Weather Update In India: The Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy rain and storm in 16 states today i.e. on July 11. Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Haryana and Punjab may also see light to moderate rain and thundershowers on different days.

Alert of heavy rain in Himachal and Uttarakhand

According to the Meteorological Department, there is a possibility of heavy rain in many areas of Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand between July 11 and 16. Due to continuous rain, there may be a danger of landslides, road blockage and increase in the water level of rivers and streams in hilly areas.

Clouds will rain in Haryana, Punjab and Uttar Pradesh also

Light to moderate rain is expected in many parts of Haryana, Punjab and Chandigarh from July 11 to 16. Rain with thunder may be recorded at some places. There is a possibility of rain in both western and eastern parts of Uttar Pradesh on July 11. At the same time, from July 12 to 14, light to moderate rain with thunderstorms is expected in most areas of the state. This can provide relief to people from the heat.

How will the weather be in Delhi for three days?

There is a possibility of cloudy sky in Delhi from 11 to 13 July. Whereas there is a possibility of light to moderate rain, thunder and lightning. While the maximum temperature is expected to be 36 to 38 degrees Celsius and the minimum to be 25 to 27 degrees Celsius. Not only this but the sky will be partly cloudy on July 12-13. Let us tell you that the maximum temperature can be between 37 to 39 degrees Celsius and the minimum can be between 26 to 30 degrees Celsius.

Monsoon will remain weak in Rajasthan

According to IMD Jaipur Centre, it has been told that monsoon is likely to remain weak in most parts of Rajasthan for the next one week. The weather will remain dry in most areas of the state, although light rain may occur at some places. Due to less rainfall, humidity and heat can bother people.

Warning of heavy rain and thunderstorm in Northeast India

Let us tell you that between July 11 and 16, there is a possibility of heavy rain in most parts of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and Tripura. On the other hand, during July 11 to 14, there is a possibility of thunderstorm, strong winds and lightning in some areas.

Monsoon will remain active in South India also

The Meteorological Department said that from July 11 to 16, there may be light to moderate rain in Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Karaikal and North and South Interior Karnataka. Apart from this, there is a possibility of rain in Kerala between 12 to 16 July, Lakshadweep from 11 to 16 July and some parts of Rayalaseema on 11 and 15-16 July.

IMD’s advice to people

The Meteorological Department has advised people to avoid unnecessary travel in areas with heavy rainfall, avoid going near rivers and streams and stay in safe places during lightning. People traveling in hilly areas have also been advised to follow the advisory of the local administration.
