Android System Intelligence is designed to work with Android's Private Compute Core. Private Compute Core was introduced with Android 12 and is intended to handle some of the sensitive machine-learning processes occurring on the device in an isolated environment.
According to Google, some of the machine-learning components within the Private Compute Core do not connect directly to the Internet. When needed, Private Compute Services plays the role of necessary communication and updates through the network. Google also states that crash reports, diagnostic information, and certain device-related data from ASI and related services may be collected for analytics. The user can control the Usage & Diagnostics settings of Android as per his choice.
