Mumbai: A big revelation has been made about Hafiz Saeed, India’s most wanted terrorist and mastermind of Mumbai attacks. Former NIA DG Yogesh Chandra Modi has said that Hafiz Saeed has the open protection of Pakistani ISI and Pakistani government.

In an interview, YC Modi said, Hafiz Saeed has allegedly been kept in preventive custody but despite this he keeps coming and going everywhere. Its tight security arrangements are handled by Pakistani Rangers and Special Service Group SSG commandos. America has its own interests due to which it does not take any action despite knowing that he is an international terrorist.

Hafiz is the mastermind of 26/11 and Pahalgam attacks

Regarding his role in 26/11 Mumbai attacks, former DG of NIA said, Hafiz Saeed is the mastermind of 26/11 and Pahalgam terrorist attacks. After 26/11, a dossier on Hafiz Saeed was handed over to Pakistan which contained details of Hafiz Saeed, his family, as well as Maulana Masood Azhar and his family but they took no action.

Regarding the recreated pictures of Bahawalpur complex that have surfaced online, YC Modi said, it is very clear that the camps have been re-established and have become hubs of terrorist activities. This proves that Pakistan is a country of terrorists.

NIA court sent summons to Hafiz Saeed

Meanwhile, the National Investigation Agency court will send summons to Hafiz Saeed, who has been made an accused in the Pahalgam terror attack case. The summons will be sent through the Ministry of External Affairs.

The court had already issued a non-bailable warrant against him. Apart from Saeed, three Pakistani terrorists Suleman, Jibran and Hamza Afghani were made accused in the NIA charge sheet in the case.

Chargesheet has also been filed against Pakistani Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Sajid Saifullah Jatt. Apart from this, during the investigation, names of two local accused Bashir Ahmed and Parvez Ahmed of Pahalgam have also come to light.

Who is Hafiz Saeed?

Hafiz Saeed is the founder of Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, a terrorist organization banned by India and several other countries. He has been declared a global terrorist by both India and the US and is considered one of the main conspirators of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks in which 166 people died.

With his name appearing in the investigation of Pahalgam terrorist attack, the NIA case has become stronger in which Pakistan-based terrorist network is being linked to the deadly attack in Jammu and Kashmir.
