Samuel Moutousamy will be seen in Congo jersey in the World Cup. Although he was born in France. His mother is of Congolese origin and his father is of Tamil origin. According to FIFA rules, a player can play for a national team only if his biological mother, biological father or grandparents were born in that country and the player must also have a passport of that country.
