According to the instructions of BCCI, during Asia Cup 2025, Indian players did not shake hands with Pakistani players. The Indian team had not shaken hands with Pakistani players condemning the Pahalgam terrorist attack in April 2025. After this, there was no handshake between the players of India and Pakistan even during the Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 and Men’s T20 World Cup 2026.
