The fight that started on social media between Bharatiya Janata Party spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia and members of Cockroach Janata Party has now reached the court. Gaurav Bhatia had filed a defamation petition against CJP's Saurav Das in the Delhi High Court, which was heard on Thursday. In the court, CJP spokesperson Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka talked about removing the controversial posts made by AI against Gaurav Bhatia from social media. He told the court that both the disputed posts would be removed within 24 hours.
During the hearing on this matter, the court said that you all are young and there are other ways of protesting, but it is not appropriate to post such things on the internet media without verification. Justice Tushar Rao Gedela said that it is right to express one's views and concerns but one should avoid posting such content on social media.

What is the whole controversy?
CJP spokesperson Saurav Das had shared a graphic on his social media account on September 5 in which the controversial picture of Gaurav Bhatia was shown. This post was related to the case of Nishu Azad which was in discussion recently. A post related to this was shared by Saurav Das in which many things were written. However, later Gaurav Bhatia said that he should not make such a statement and called the post fake. Ashutosh Ranka had shared this post.
In this entire controversy, Gaurav Bhatia decided to go to court against the CJP leaders. He filed a defamation case of Rs 2 crore against CJP leaders in the court. Along with this, a demand was also made to ban re-sharing of the post.
What happened in the court?
Saurav Das's lawyer told in the court that the controversial tweet has already been deleted. On this the court said that another post was also shared. On the advice of the court, Saurav Das and Ashutosh Ranka agreed to delete the post. The court told him that he was young and had many other tasks ahead of him. In such a situation, they should not waste their time in court.
On the other hand, Gaurav Bhatia himself appeared in the court in this case. He said that a fake statement was attached with his photograph and it was presented as if he had given the statement. He also claimed that this controversial post was seen by millions of people, due to which his image has been damaged.

What did you say after the hearing?
After the hearing in the court, both the parties again presented their views on social media. Gaurav Bhatia called it his victory in his post. He shared his picture with Satyamev Jayate in his post and told that the court has also issued summons to Abhijeet Dipke in this case.
CJP's Saurav Das also presented his stand on social media. He told that on the suggestion of the court, he and Ashutosh Ranka have deleted the post made against Gaurav Bhatia. He told that Gaurav Bhatia had sought dynamic injunction against him but the court rejected it. Saurav Das also said that the court also advised Gaurav Bhatia that instead of approaching the court, the matter could have been resolved through mutual negotiations, but he did not accept this proposal.
