While raising the issue of women's freedom, Rahul Gandhi said that women are the greatest strength of the country. Women have made remarkable achievements in education, business, politics, science and various fields. However, he regretted that there is still an attempt to keep women in a certain frame.
Rahul Gandhi stated that women should be free to make their own life decisions. He also said that no man has any right over women.
Referring to Manusmriti, he criticized the mindset of not allowing women to be independent. Rahul Gandhi also mentioned that the concept of the program is 'break the cage'.
