BCCI released update

In the press release issued by the board, the deadline for issuing retention and release of players was also mentioned. It said that all 5 franchises will have to release the list of their released and retained players before September 28. Each team can have a maximum of 18 players, out of which a maximum of 6 foreign players can be included. Apart from this, it was said that the maximum salary of any player can be up to Rs 15 crore.
