Yash has finally broken his silence on the failure of Toxic at the box office.
Ever since, the trailer of the film came out, it has been questioned for the wrong portrayal of women in the movie. However, Yash defended his project by asking people not to reach any conclusion without watching the film.
After the release, the cinegoers were highly disappointed as they thought the movie had no plot and some of the intimate scenes were also irrelevant.
Finally, the actor himself has spoken up on the matter saying that they worked hard on the project and handed it over to the audience. It is on them now to decide if they like it or not.
During a chat at a Kannada news portal, the K.G.F actor stated, “Don’t take it to heart. Let’s leave it to the audience now. We made the film with sincerity and gave it to the people.”
“Don’t keep thinking too much about how it turned out. There’s more work waiting get ready for the next one”, he continued.
Directed by Geetu Mohandas, Toxic featured Yash along with Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, Tara Sutaria, and Nayanthara.
