Yemen: Houthi rebels launched a massive attack on a city and port in Yemen. The Yemeni government has condemned this new attack by the Houthis. According to reports, 7 people, including 3 civilians, were killed and 30 others were injured in missile and drone attacks by Houthi rebel groups on Yemen’s Al-Mukha city and its port.

The Yemeni government military confirmed the incident in a statement on Monday.
Colonel Majid Abdullah al-Nujaily, the official spokesman for the Yemeni military, said four armed forces personnel and three civilians were killed in the attack.
The Houthi rebels attacked several locations in al-Mukha, including civilian infrastructure, staff quarters, offices, power generation stations, and military bases. Most of the injured were discharged after receiving medical treatment.
Yemen’s military condemned the attack for targeting civilian targets. It said its air defense units shot down 11 drones involved in the attack.
The Houthi
group claimed responsibility for the attack, saying they targeted a Saudi military base and weapons depot in the Mukah area.
