29 proposals approved in Yogi cabinet, transfers will start in UP from tomorrow

Lucknow. 29 proposals were approved in the meeting chaired by UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath at his residence on Monday. In this, three proposals of the Energy Ministry have been passed. This time the transfer policy of UP will remain in force till May 31. Transfers will start in the state from Tuesday. Before the meeting, the ministers congratulated Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath by feeding him sweets on the historic victory in West Bengal. The Chief Minister also fed sweets to the Deputy CM and other ministers.

What is the transfer policy?

State Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Kumar Khanna said that this transfer policy is only for the year 2026-27. The transfers will be made till May 31, 2026. Arrangements will be made to transfer Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers, who have completed a total of 03 years in their respective districts during their service period, from the said districts and Group ‘A’ and Group ‘B’ officers, who have completed 07 years in their service period in a division, will be transferred from the said division. The period of posting in Head of Department/Divisional offices will not be counted in the period prescribed for transfer.

The maximum period of posting in divisional offices will be 03 years and for this, arrangements have been made to transfer the officers working for the longest time on priority basis. Transfers of Group ‘A’ and ‘B’ can be made to a maximum of 20 percent of the number of officers working cadre wise and transfers of Group ‘C’ and Group ‘D’ personnel can be made to a maximum of 10 percent of the total number of officers working cadre wise.

For Group ‘C’, arrangements have been made to ensure strict compliance with table change/area change and arrangements have been made to transfer Group ‘B’ and Group ‘C’ personnel as far as possible on the basis of merit based online transfer system. Arrangements have been made to get the option of posting the parents of retarded children and disabled children whose locomotion is completely affected, at such a place where there is proper arrangement for their proper care and treatment. Arrangements have been made for deployment saturation in 08 districts and 100 aspirational development blocks of 34 districts of the state declared by the Government of India. After the transfer session, now in respect of Group ‘A’ as well as Group ‘B’, transfers can be made through the departmental minister after obtaining the approval of the Chief Minister.

Minister AK Sharma said that three proposals of the Energy Ministry have been passed. Farmers’ land is affected by big towers of high tension lines, a new policy has been made to compensate them. Earlier no compensation was given. The policy was made for the first time in 2018. The entire land below the towers and one meter above them will be compensated. Whereas 30 percent compensation will be given for the place where the wire is drawn.

Solar plant in Jalaun

The second proposal is to set up a 500 mega watt solar plant in Jalaun for renewable energy. UP Production Limited and Coal India will jointly develop it. 49 percent is from the state and 51 percent is from Call India. The initial cost will be Rs 10 crore. Many new industries are coming up in the area. Better arrangements for power distribution will be made there. A new power station of 400/220 will be built. Which will cost Rs 653 crore.

Minister Rakesh Sachan said that one district one dish scheme will be started. For which the quality and packaging will be improved. A culinary conference will be organized at Prerna Sthal. In which technical people from food sector will also be invited. The new proposal of Sant Kabir Textiles and Apparel Park will be developed in four spinning mills. These are Nagina Bijnor, Bahedi Bareilly, Amroha and Maghar, whose land has been given to the department free of cost.

Higher Education Minister Yogendra Upadhyay said that Amardeep University will be built in Firozabad under the Law University Act. Metro University has received permission to operate in Noida. State Forest Minister Dr. Arun Saxena said that the state government will plant 35 crore saplings this time. There will be a budget of Rs 147 crore. 30 percent fruit trees will be planted.

IAS officer Alok Kumar III said that OTT cell has been formed. OTT will deploy CM FALLOW, who will be financially knowledgeable. The age limit will be forty years. They will be selected from the State Transformation Commission. The total number will be one hundred and fifty.
