Bareilly/Kyoladia. A 17-year-old minor girl from a village in the police station area lodged a complaint with the police and said that two accused youths from the village, Suraj Pal Ravi, wooed her and called her home at night and raped her. On complaining, the family members of the accused along with the girl's mother and uncle attacked her with sticks and sharp sickles and seriously injured her. The girl reached the police station and lodged a complaint. The police have registered a case against the accused and have started the investigation.
On September 5, at around 2 am, the accused Surajpal along with his cousin Ravi entered the house and coaxed a 17-year-old girl present there and took her to his home. It is alleged that she was raped after locking her in a room. It has also been told in the complaint that after the incident, the girl's family members, after getting information, reached the police station and complained.
At the same time, in the complaint given by the other party on September 6, there has been an allegation of attacking Satyavati with sticks and sharp weapons. It is alleged that Ram's daughter, who came to save him, was also beaten up, due to which both of them suffered injuries. When the villagers reached the spot after hearing the noise, the accused ran away threatening to kill her. The girl's father lodged a complaint with the police. The police have started a case-registered investigation.
