The Meteorological Department has predicted heat wave along with thunderstorm and rain in UP till May 28. Dusty winds are expected in many districts including Uttar Pradesh’s capital Lucknow. At the same time, there may be light rain in Purvanchal till May 29.

If we look towards the west, a severe heat wave is going on in Rajasthan. The Meteorological Department has said that there will be heat wave and severe heat in Rajasthan till May 30. There are chances of dust storm in many districts including the capital Jaipur. The temperature in most of the districts of the state is already near 45 degrees. Regarding Bihar, the Meteorological Department has said that till May 28, there may be storm and rain in many places including Patna. At the same time, there are chances of heavy rain in the next few days in 18 states including North-East India, Sikkim, Himalayan areas of West Bengal, Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
