New Delhi. The death toll in Nepal's catastrophic floods is continuously increasing. Nepal government has confirmed the death of 675 people. At the same time, more than 2400 people are still missing. Apart from these, about 800 employees are trapped in different tunnels. India is sending a forensic team to help identify bodies found after floods in Nepal. This team will take DNA from the dead bodies and later matches will be made with those people whose relatives could not be found after the devastating floods in Nepal. Many people are reaching hospitals searching for their lost relatives.

The Nepal government is preparing to bury the bodies of those who lost their lives in the floods. One and a half meter deep pits are being dug to bury the dead bodies. These pits are being prepared in such a way that the dead bodies can be easily removed later. All dead bodies will be given a special code. This code will be linked to their DNA sample. So that later, if the body is identified, it can be handed over to the family. The upper part of the body of many people who died in Nepal floods has been destroyed. The administration in Nepal is engaged in flood relief work. So far, relief and rescue teams from India, China and South Korea have reached Nepal. At the same time, NDRRMA has warned that the water level of Bhotekoshi river has increased in Rasuwa district. People living along the banks of Bhotekoshi river and rescue teams have been asked to remain alert. Besides, a warning has also been issued for the people living on the banks of the river in Nuwakot, Dhading and Chitwan of Nepal. Apart from Bhotekoshi, Gandak and Trishuli rivers flow at these places. Due to the sudden flood in Nepal on the morning of 26th August, many villages, bridges, dams being built for hydro power houses and roads were destroyed. According to the information, a large part of a glacier in Tibet broke off and fell into the river causing a catastrophic flood.
