TMC government has lost the trust of the people of Bengal, looted the state for 15 years: PM Modi
West Bengal Elections: PM Narendra Modi addressed Vijay Sankalp Sabha in Arambag, West Bengal. During this, he said, some time ago I had come to Singur, at the same time I was clearly seeing the anger of the people towards the ruthless TMC government. Today I see again, that anger has reached its peak, and Bengal has only one objective in this anger.

He said, TMC looted the people of Bengal for 15 years, but these people forgot one thing, when atrocities reach the limit, then people take the form of Maa Durga and immerse themselves in injustice. Today, the crowd gathering at every booth in Bengal is saying, fear OUT – trust IN. TMC’s ruthless government does not run from Nabanna Secretariat. This government is either run by goons and gangsters or the government comes into action after the orders of the High Court and the Supreme Court.
The PM said, the TMC government has lost the trust of the people of Bengal due to its misdeeds here, hence people are forced to go to court every day. Teacher recruitment scam, TMC ministers looted recruitment, ruined thousands of youth. Had there been a sensitive government, it would have investigated honestly, but the court had to order an investigation into this matter. That means the credibility of TMC government is zero.
Today every woman of Bengal is saying – no more… Now after May 4, every goon, every tyrant and every corrupt person of TMC will be held accountable, and selectively. Women empowerment is the priority of our government. BJP is busy in giving new opportunities to sisters and daughters. This is the thinking behind the Lakhpati Didi campaign. Under this, the BJP government formed here will help 75 lakh sisters of Bengal so that they become Lakhpati Didi, so that they can earn more than one lakh rupees every year. To enable the daughters of Bengal to find employment of their choice, they will get Mudra loan up to Rs 20 lakh.
He further said, the decision to implement ‘Ayushman Bharat Yojana’ here will be taken in the first cabinet meeting of the BJP government. With this, the sisters will get the facility of free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh.
