Girls got the message of self-confidence in the presence of Swami Chidananda.

Rishikesh. Rescue Foundation at Parmarth Niketan Hundreds of girls from Mumbai and Delhi came to Parmarth Niketan under the leadership of Triveni Acharya and her team. In the divine, peaceful and spiritual environment of Parmarth Niketan, these girls received the message of hope and happiness in life through prayer, Ganga bath, Havan, meditation, Ganga Aarti and satsang in the holy company of Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswati Ji.

When the ink of pain, injustice and darkness becomes deep on the pages of life, then somewhere God also sends a ray of hope. Those girls received this same ray in Parmarth Niketan. Every year, Parmarth Niketan invites them to bring smiles on the faces of those little eyes who saw unbearable pain in life, those innocent faces who endured the harshness of struggles before their time, so that they can feel a sense of belonging.

Addressing the girls, Swami Chidanand Saraswati said, “You are not a story of pain, but the embodiment of strength. Whatever happened in your life is not your destiny. Your future will be built by your courage, self-confidence and faith in God. Never consider yourself weak because you are the winners of all life.”

Hearing these words, many girls’ eyes became moist. The girls felt as if they were being freed from the pain that had been trapped inside them for years. She was feeling as if someone had removed a heavy stone from her heart and shown her the way to live again. During this one week trip, he was trained by many experts to boost his self-confidence along with his spiritual and moral development. Every year, Rescue Foundation brings these girls to Parmarth Niketan for a week, so that they can come out of the pain, fear, humiliation and insecurity they have experienced in their lives. Here their soul is treated through various sessions and activities. Here they find belonging and are provided with support.

One girl said emotionally, “For the first time we realized that we too deserve respect, love and happiness.” “After coming here, I felt that God has not forgotten us.” Swamiji said, “If society holds the hand of every suffering child, no child will be left alone with his wounds and his pain. Every child deserves respect, education, safety and a smile.”

This one week of Parmarth Niketan is a chapter that changes the direction of their lives for these girls. Today when these girls took leave, the moment was emotional, it seemed as if they were leaving their parents’ house. This moment was a triumph of humanity, a celebration of compassion and a celebration of hope. In the holy presence of Swamiji, these girls were given spiritual and spiritual touch. Under the direction of Ganga Nandini ji, Uma, Kiara, Anisha, Nandbala, Swami Bhaktanand ji and other experts and scholars gave them the message of overcoming pain and moving forward with courage through various sessions.

Ganga Nandini also provided them information about nutrition, health and balanced diet. Highlighting the importance of holistic and balanced food traditions, he said that the “Meri Thali Sehatwali” campaign of the Government of India encourages a nutritious and balanced diet based on local and seasonal foods. We have to make it a part of our life. Giving the message of environmental protection to the girls, they were given small pots and plant seeds and a message was given to plant saplings in memory of the yatra.
