Mamata Banerjee’s first statement after record voting in West Bengal, said- will win 226 seats, ‘forming a government of mother, soil and man’

Kolkata: After record voting in West Bengal, the Chief Minister of the state Mamata Banerjee has made a big claim today. He said that the government of Maa, Mati and Manush is going to be formed once again. He expressed confidence that his party will cross the mark of 226 seats. He has also asked his workers to guard the strong room day and night. Let us tell you that CM Mamta posted a video on Instagram. In this video, Chief Minister Mamata, while addressing the public, expressed her gratitude and made serious allegations on the incidents that took place during the election process.

Expressed gratitude to voters

CM Mamta said that many thanks to the mother, soil and manush of Bengal. All of you are well and stay healthy. I am grateful to all of you because I express my gratitude to you for the way you voted in such hot weather and after facing so many atrocities. I also express my gratitude to our personnel who did their work by tolerating all the atrocities, not only by the Central Force but also by the local forces.

‘Workers should remain on the counting table till my press conference on the day of counting’

CM Mamta further said that until I hold the press conference, no one should leave the counting area. It is also to be kept in mind that after counting of EVM, its data is being written correctly in the computer or not. It is also possible that TMC’s numbers may be added to BJP’s.

‘Central forces are working as agents of BJP’, we will cross the 226 seat mark in 2026

He said that the entire machinery of the Government of India, from the Prime Minister-Home Minister to the leaders of 19 BJP ruled states, tried to capture the people of Bengal. I would like to inform you that the votes in the voter box have been confiscated. I am saying with full certainty that whatever is being shown on TV is a game of money. I am clearly speaking that in 2026 we will cross the figure of 226 seats. I have full confidence in the way people have voted. BJP has conducted this (exit poll) through the press. These people shine through ED, CBI. Mamta said that on the direct instructions of Amit Shah, central forces are working as agents of BJP during West Bengal elections.

Mamta said the exit poll was wrong

CM Mamta said that I have not been able to sleep for two days. Even after adopting various tactics, BJP could not snatch away the rights of the people. That is why they have played the last game through this (exit poll) so that the morale of our employees is broken. If the truth comes out then the stock market will crash. This has been done to console the stock market. I have come to know this from reliable sources. Citing previous exit polls, CM Mamata said that earlier also in 2016 and 2021, exit polls have been proved wrong. He has shown in favor of BJP in exit polls. This has been shown to be one-sided. I will tell my personnel to start guarding for counting from today itself. If needed, I will also guard my area.

‘Again the government of Ma-Mati, Manush will be formed’

Mamta said that I will say one more thing, everyone should remain calm and organized. Have faith in Didi and the people of Bengal. We are going to form a government of our mother, soil, manush. We had formed the government in future also and we will form the government in future also.

Targeted at PM Modi and Amit Shah

She said that I would like to tell the administration that you people have done a lot of work at the behest of BJP. Now do not touch anyone on the day of counting. You guys have beaten me a lot, not anymore. Bengal does not belong to you people. Bengal belongs to the people of Maa-Mati and Manush. The people of Bengal do not support outsiders. There were people from BJP in the booth otherwise they employed people from Central Force for this work. He worked like an agent of BJP. Amit Shah had direct intervention in this. Why did the Prime Minister address when voting was going on? Does he know Bengal and its soil? Do you know poet Nazrul, Netaji, Raja Ram Mohan, Vidyasagar? He doesn’t know anyone. Just campaign against it. Those who took money from BJP did a lot of wrong, but remember we will not do anything wrong with you.
