Materials:

  • Unripe mangoes
  • sugar
  • Black salt

Action:

  • To make sweet and sour mango ice cream, firstly, soak the mangoes in water for sometime. This will remove the scum from the mangoes and make the mangoes clean.
  • Cook the mangoes by adding the cleaned mangoes and water as needed in the cooker. Remove 3 or 4 whistles from the cooker.
  • After the mangoes are cooked, keep them to cool. Peel the cooled mango and remove the pulp.
  • Add cooked mango pulp, sugar and black pepper powder to a fine paste in a mixer bowl.
  • Pour the mango mixture into an ice cream mold and keep it in the fridge to set for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Sweet and sour mango ice cream made in an easy way is ready.
